GENERAL NOTES: <br />1. Existing highway and utility facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />2. Existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements must <br />remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />3. The Contractor will be responsible for adequately scheduling inspection and testing <br />of all facilities constructed under this contract with a minimum 24 hour notice to <br />the County. All testing must conform to the Standard Specifications. All re—testing <br />will be paid by the Contractor. <br />4. The Contractor must obtain an Encroachment Permit from Caltrans, City of Lathrop, <br />City of Lodi, City of Manteca and City of Stockton and other agencies necessary <br />for traffic control or any work outside of the County's jurisdiction. Payment for <br />this will be considered to be included in the various items of work. <br />5. The Contractor must obtain all permits and licenses required for the construction <br />and completion of the project, and must perform all work in accordance with the <br />requirements and conditions of all permits and approvals applicable to the project. <br />6.
