Placement of Asphalt Concrete Leveling and Overlay shall not <br />begin until the Asphalt Concrete used in Pavement Repair has <br />been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. <br />3. All earthwork, except for final shoulder grading, shall be completed <br />prior to placing the final layer of Asphalt Concrete Pavement. <br />4. Existing highway and utility facilities, including roadside signs, <br />trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes, etc. shall remain in place unless <br />otherwise noted on the plans. <br />5. The Contractor shall be responsible for adequately scheduling <br />the inspection and testing of all facilities constructed under this <br />contract. All testing shall conform to the Standard Specifications. <br />All re -testing shall be paid by the Contractor. <br />6. Shoulder Backing Material at all intersection radii shall receive <br />Penetration Treatment at 0.25 Gallon/SQYD. Limits of Penetration <br />Treatment work shall be confined to intersection radii plus fifty <br />feet (50') in each direction or to intersection conform. <br />7. Existing drainage facilities shall remain in place unless otherwise <br />noted.
