The Contractor shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for traffic control within the State's Jurisdiction. Payment for this shall be considered to be included in the various items of work. 2. All existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailbox and other frontage improvements shall remain in place,, unless noted on the plans. 3.
