Placement of Asphalt Concrete Overlay shall not begin until the Asphalt <br />Concrete used in Pavement Repair has been in place for a minimum of 18 <br />hours. <br />3. Placement of Asphalt Concrete Driveways shall not begin until the Asphalt <br />Concrete used for Mainline Paving has been completed. <br />4. Hand grinding of Asphalt Concrete Pavement will be required at location <br />where stop sign is within planing limits. <br />5. Existing highway and utility facilities shall remain in place unless otherwise <br />noted. <br />6. Existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements <br />shall remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />7. Existing drainage facilities shall remain in place unless otherwise noted. The <br />Contractor shall conduct earthwork operations so as not to modify or <br />obstruct the existing drainage. <br />8. All earthwork, except for final shoulder grading, shall be completed prior to <br />placing final layer of Asphalt Concrete Pavement. No Shoulder Backing <br />material shall be deposited or drifted on the final layer, of Asphalt Concrete <br />surfacing.
