Payment for hand <br />grinding <br />shall be considered as included in the contract unit price paid for Planing Asphalt Concrete Pavement. <br />5. <br />The contractor shall pay all applicable fees, and obtain an encroachment permit from the City of Stockton for traffic control within the city's jurisdiction. Payment <br />for this <br />shall be considered to be included in project items of work. <br />6. <br />All Minor Concrete (Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk) that is to be removed shall be saw cut to the limits shown on the plans. The cost of the saw cutting and removal <br />is to <br />be included in the Minor Concrete (Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk) item of work. <br />7. <br />Install Expansion Joints at beginning and end of new Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk and between new sidewalks and existing driveways. All new Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk <br />shall <br />conform to the existing flowline elevations, with a straight grade between conforms. <br />8. <br />Storm Drain and Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Hole Frames and Covers shall be adjusted to grade per S.J. Co. Standards. Refer to S.J. Co. Improvement Std.
