All earthwork (except for final shoulder grading) shall be completed prior to <br />placing final layer of Asphalt Concrete. No Shoulder Backing shall be deposited <br />or drifted on the final layer of Asphalt Concrete surfacing. Where the shoulder <br />placement exceeds 0.30' in thickness, the Shoulder Backing shall be placed in <br />two (2) fully compacted layers. <br />4. Existing highway and utility facilities, including bollards, roadside signs, trees, <br />shrubs, fences, utility poles and other frontage improvements shall remain in <br />place unless otherwise noted. <br />5. Shoulder Backing material at all intersection radii shall receive penetration <br />treatment at 0.25 gallon/square yard. Limits of penetration treatment work <br />shall be confined to intersection radii plus fifty feet (50') in each direction <br />or to intersection conform. <br />6. Longitudinal and transverse cracks on Curry Avenue to be sealed before resurfacing <br />can begin. <br />7 Pot Holes on Leach Road shall be repaired before resurfacing can begin. <br />8. The Contractor shall conduct earthwork operations so as not to modify or <br />obstruct the existing drainage. <br />9. The Contractor shall obtain an Encroachment Permit and enter into an agreement <br />with CCTC Railroad for work within CCTC Railroad Right—of—way. <br />10.
