All existing trees, shrubs, fences and other frontage improvements are <br />to remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />2. All earthwork, except for final grading of the shoulders, shall be <br />completed prior to placing final layer of Asphalt Concrete. No Shoulder <br />Backing shall be deposited or drifted on the final layer of Asphalt <br />Concrete surfacing. Where the Shoulder Backing placement exceeds 0.30' <br />in thickness, the Shoulder Backing shall be placed in two fully <br />compacted layers. <br />3.
