Placement of asphalt concrete surfacing shall not begin <br />until the asphalt concrete used in pavement repair has <br />been in place for 18 hours. <br />2. The contractor shall <br />notify Underground Services Alert (USA) 48 hours in <br />advance of performing excavation work by calling the toll <br />free number 1-800-277-2600. <br />8. The Contractor shall field verify all utilities locations and <br />depths. Existing utilities shown on the plans are <br />approximate locations. It shall be the Contractor's sole <br />responsibility to protect all existing utilities, so that no <br />damage results to them during the performance of this <br />contract.
