Contractor shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Caltrans Encroachment <br />Permit Office for work and signing within the State's right-of-way on SR 26. <br />3. Placement of Asphalt Concrete Overlay shall not begin until the Asphalt <br />Concrete used in Pavement Repair has been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. <br />4. All existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements are <br />to remain in place unless otherwise noted. (See Detail Below). <br />5. Hand grinding of Asphalt Concrete is required at locations where existing water <br />valves and maintenance holes are within the Planing and Pavement Repair limits. <br />6. The Contractor shall be responsible for adequately scheduling inspection and testing <br />of all facilities constructed under this contract. All testing shall conform to the <br />Standard Specifications. All re -testing shall be paid by the Contractor. <br />7. Existing drainage <br />facilities shall remain in place unless otherwise noted.
