Placement of HMA Driveways must not begin until the HMA used for Mainline Paving has been completed. <br />3. Existing highway and utility facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />4. Existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />!A <br />5. Existing drainage facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. The Contractor must conduct earthwork operations so as not to modify or obstruct the existing drainage. <br />6. All Earthwork, except for final shoulder grading, must be completed prior to placing the final layer of HMA Pavement. No Shoulder Backing material must be deposited or drifted <br />on the final layer of HMA surfacing. Where the shoulder placement exceeds 0.50' in thickness, the Shoulder Backing must be placed in two (2) or more fully compacted layers. <br />OD <br />7.
