ON TME Wffodl. <br />2. Placement of HMA Overlay must not begin until the HMA used in Pavement Repair has been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. <br />3. Placement of HMA Driveways must not begin until the HMA used for Mainline Paving has been completed. <br />4. Existing highway and utility facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />5. Existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />6. Existing drainage facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. The Contractor must conduct earthwork operations so as not to modify or <br />obstruct the existing drainage. <br />7. All Earthwork, except for final shoulder grading, must be completed prior to placing the final layer of HMA Pavement. No Shoulder Backing material <br />must be deposited or drifted on the final layer of HMA surfacing. Where the shoulder placement exceeds 0.50' in thickness, the Shoulder Backing <br />must be placed in two (2) or more fully compacted layers. <br />8. Shoulder Backing material at all intersections radii must receive Penetration Treatment at 0.25 GAL/SQYD. Limits of the Penetration Treatment work <br />l must be confined to intersection radii plus fifty feet (50') in each direction or to the intersection conform. <br />�J N 9. The Contractor will be responsible for adequately scheduling inspection and testing of all facilities constructed under this contract with a minimum <br />24 hours notice to the County. All testing must conform to the Standard Specifications. All re—testing will be paid by the Contractor. <br />0 10.
