Placement of HMA Overlay must not begin the HMA used in Pavement Repair <br />has been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. <br />3. Placement of HMA Driveways must not begin until the HMA used for Mainline Paving <br />has been completed. <br />4. Existing highway and utilit ilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />5. Existing trees, shrubs ces, mailboxes and other frontage improvements must <br />remain in place u otherwise noted. <br />6. Existing drain acilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. The <br />Contractor conduct earthwork operations so as not to modify or obstruct the <br />existing inage. <br />7. All work, except for final shoulder grading, must be completed prior to placing the <br />f' layer of HMA Pavement. No Shoulder Backing material must be deposited or <br />drifted on the final layer of HMA surfacing. Shoulder Backing material at all intersections radii must receive Penetration Treatment <br />at 0.25 GAL/SQYD. Limits of the Penetration Treatment work must be confined to <br />intersection radii plus fifty feet (50') in each direction or to the intersection conform. <br />9. The Contractor will be responsible for adequately scheduling inspection and testing of <br />all facilities constructed under this contract with a minimum 24 hour notice to the <br />County. All testing must conform to the Standard Specifications. All re—testing will <br />be paid by the Contractor. <br />10.
