Frontier <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Letter of Authorization <br />January 20, 2023 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Network Engineering <br />1400 E Phillips Blvd., Pomona, CA 91766 <br />Frontier California hereby authorizes engineering vendor, Dynamic Telco, the ability to <br />obtain permits on behalf of Frontier California.
