Existing highway and utility facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />2. Existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />3. All Earthwork must be completed prior ;o placing Hot Mix Asphalt and Geosynthetic Reinforced Chip Seal. <br />5. <br />The Contractor <br />will be responsible for adequately scheduling inspection and testing of <br />all facilities constructed under this <br />contract with a <br />minimum 24 hour notice to the County. All testing must conform to <br />the Standard Specifications. All <br />re—testing will <br />be paid by the Contractor. <br />6. <br />The Contractor <br />must obtain an Encroachment Permit from the State of California for <br />traffic control or any work within the <br />State's jurisdiction.
