The Contractor shall conduct earthwork operations so as <br />r� <br />not to modify or obstruct the existing drainage. <br />3. <br />All existing trees, shrubs, fences and other frontage improvements <br />others <br />are to remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />4. <br />Placement of asphalt concrete overlay shall not begin until the <br />Monument Frame and Cover to be <br />asphalt concrete used in pavement repair has been in place for <br />Adjusted <br />18 hours. <br />_�J 5. <br />Hand Grinding of Asphalt Concrete Pavement will be required at <br />locations where water valves, monitoring wells or maintenance <br />holes are within the planing limits.
