<br />corss—cuts shall be planed and resurfaced with one (1) inch of Asphalt Concrete.

<br />1. New pavement shall be 1 " thicker than existing pavement, minimum
<br />of 0.25 Ft. New base shall be 1 " thicker than existing base, min of 0.50 Ft.
