PROPERTIES WITHIN THIS AREA ARE ROUTINELY SUBJECT TO OVERFLIGHTS <br />BY AIRCRAFT USING THIS PUBLIC -USE AIRPORT AND, AS A RESULT, RESIDENTS <br />MAY EXPERIENCE INCONVENIENCE, ANNOYANCE, OR DISCOMFORT ARISING FROM <br />THE NOISE OF SUCH OPERATIONS.
