Special Conditions for -2- <br />ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />12. The contractor shall use San Joaquin County Improvement Standard R-29 when backfilling <br />trenches/bell holes within the County right-of-way. Where the existing road structural section is <br />below standard, a minimum section of 3 inches of asphalt concrete over 6 inches of aggregate <br />base shall be required. <br /> <br />13. County roads shall be kept clean from mud and debris at all times along the access points and <br />work zone areas during entire project. All standard roadway striping and signage shall be clearly <br />visible, maintained and restored throughout the construction zone during and after the project.
