THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY WAS TO ESTABLISH <br />REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE 200 -YEAR <br />FLOODPLAIN WHICH WOULD COMPLY WITH CALIFORNIA SENATE BILL SB 5 (2007) (SB 5). RESULTS OF <br />THE STUDY INDICATED THAT THE 200 -YEAR FLOODPLAIN WOULD HAVE AN ELEVATION OF 16.2 <br />FEET-NAVD88 AND THAT SB5 WOULD ONLY APPLY TO ANY LAND WITHIN THE COMMUNITY THAT IS <br />GRADED TO ELEVATION 13.2 FEET-NAVD88 OR LOWER.
