All earthwork, grading and other construction per <br />these plans shall be done in accordance with the <br />Geotechnical Report prepared for "WINDWOOD <br />SUBDIVISION" by Anderson and Assooiates, their <br />file number 59118, dated May 8, 1991. <br />2. The Contractor shall coordinate his work with <br />Anderson and Associates to insure that adequate <br />compaction tests are taken. Therefore the Contractor shall: <br />1. New Catch Basin or Storm Drain Laterals will <br />he sealed with sandbags or plugged until the <br />roads are paved, if there is a danger of <br />rain.
