<br />'The Consulting Engineer shall keep an accurate record of
<br />all approved deviations from the plans. These are to be utilized
<br />in preparing a complete and accurate set of "As -Built" plans for
<br />the permanent records of the County. The "As -Built" plans shall
<br />be prepared by the Consulting Engineer.
<br />One complete set of reproductible plans, as prescribed by the
<br />Director of Public works, shall be submitted to the Department of
<br />Public Works at such times as all corrections or additions re-
<br />quested by the Department of Public Works are complete and
