SPECIFICATIONS <br />1. For Structural Wall Specification refer to Sheet 1.. <br />2. On a Monday approved by the Woodbridge Golf and Country Club, the Grading <br />Contractor shall remove the existing chain link fence in the area to be <br />filled (Sta 3+30+), place compacted fill at 90% R.C., grade to the <br />satisfaction of the Woodbridge Golf and Country Club and replace the <br />chain link fence on temporary posts, 3 fleet East of the property line. <br />All the above to be done in one day. <br />3. Move existing 6 foot chain link fence with barbed wire to temporary posts <br />3 feet East of the property line, by Owner. <br />4. Rough grading (in(ludinq key) for retaining wall by Grading Contractor. <br />Finish grading, including backfill against face of retaining wall, (if <br />necessary) by Wall Contractor. Backfill behind retaining wall by Grading <br />Contractor. <br />5. Adjustments may be necessary because of local field conditions. Inspection will be by the Sari Joaquin County Department. of Public Works. <br />CONSTRUCTION STAKING LIABILITY_ WAIVER <br />These improvement plans have been prepared with the <br />intent that the firm of Baumbach & Piazza, Inc. will be <br />performing the construction staking for the complete <br />project.
