<br />4., ALL TRAFFIC SIGNS AND MARKINGS SHALL CONFORM TO THE "MANUAL OF
<br />UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AND SAN JOAQUIN CO. STANDARDS.
<br />5. ALL COMPACTION TESTS, AND MATERIAL SAMPLING AND TESTING SHALL
<br />BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER.
<br />6. ANY CHANGES ON THE APPROVED IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND
<br />SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE PREPARED AND CERTIFIED BY THE "CIVIL
<br />ENGINEER", AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
