<br />5. CONTRACTOR AGREES THAT HE SHALL ASSUME SOLE AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY
<br />FOR JOB SITE CONDITIONS DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT,
<br />INCLUDING SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS AND PROPERTY, THAT THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL

<br />9. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND LINDEN COUNTY WATER
<br />DISTRICT SHALL BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ANY WORK.
<br />10. P. G. & E, TELEPHONE AND CABLE TV UNDERGROUND WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED
<br />PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE CURB, GUTTER, SIDEWALK AND PAVING.
<br />11. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, LINDEN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AND ASSOCIATED UTILITY
<br />COMPANIES AND RESIDENCIES TO BE AFFECTED SHALL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY UPON
<br />ANY UTILITY SERVICE DISRUPTION OTHER THAN SPECIFIED ON THESE IMPROVEMENT PLANS
<br />AND A 24 HOUR NOTICE SHALL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PLANNED DISRUPTION.
<br />12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FROM SAN JOAQUIN

<br />15. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION OF THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION

<br />18. PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY WORK, IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY

<br />LINES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY MEMBERS OF THE UNDERGROUND SERVICE
