GENERAL NOTES: <br />1. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL STATIONS INDICATED ON THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />ARE REFERENCED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE STREET ALL STATIONS OFF CENTER <br />ARE PERPENDICULAR TO OR RADIALLY OPPOSITE CENTERLINE STATIONS, UNLESS <br />OTHERWISE NOTED. <br />7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FIELD CHANGES MADE <br />WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE APPROVING AGENCY. <br />8. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND LINDEN COUNTY WATER <br />DISTRICT SHALL BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ANY WORK. <br />10. P. G. & E, TELEPHONE AND CABLE TV UNDERGROUND WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED <br />PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE CURB, GUTTER, SIDEWALK AND PAVING. <br />11. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, LINDEN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AND ASSOCIATED UTILITY <br />COMPANIES AND RESIDENCIES TO BE AFFECTED SHALL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY UPON <br />ANY UTILITY SERVICE DISRUPTION OTHER THAN SPECIFIED ON THESE IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />AND A 24 HOUR NOTICE SHALL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PLANNED DISRUPTION. <br />12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FROM SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE AGENCIES <br />PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK WITHIN EXISTING COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY AND <br />AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FROM CALTRANS FOR WORK /N THE HIGHWAY RIGHT -OF WAY. <br />THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERM/TS AND LICENSES REQUIRED <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT <br />13. ASPHALT CONCRETE SHALL BE PLACED ONLY WHEN THE ATMOSPHERIC TEMPERATURE <br />IS ABOVE 50'F. <br />15. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION OF THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION <br />OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WITH RESPECTIVE UTILITY COMPANIES. <br />16. DWG. 5-7). <br />18. PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY WORK, IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY <br />TO HAVE EACH UTILITY COMPANY LOCATE, IN THE FIELD, THEIR MAIN AND SERVICE <br />LINES.
