THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER, CABINET AND <br />FOUNDATION SHALL BE INSTALLED PER THE 2006 CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT <br />OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) STANDARDS. FRONT DOOR OF TRAFFIC <br />CONTROLLER CABINET SHALL FACE SOUTH. THE TRAFFIC CONTROLLER <br />CABINET SHALL BE SET UP TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL SIDE MOUNTED CABINET <br />TO ACCOMMODATE THE BATTERY BACKUP SYSTEM. THE BATTERY BACKUP <br />SYSTEMS SHALL MEET THE CALTRANS STANDARD SPECIFICATION. IT IS THE <br />RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE HOOKUP AND INSPECTION <br />FOR SERVICE. <br />0 CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH AND INSTALL TYPE III—AF SIGNAL AND <br />LIGHTING SERVICE CABINET, PER CALTRANS AND PG&E COMPANY REQUIREMENTS <br />AND STANDARDS.
