4u0 <br />- GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY - <br />We, PETER DEL CARLO and ALMA DEL CARLO, do hereby grant and <br />convey to Lucile Escobar, her heirs, successors or assigns, the use <br />and maintenance of a drainage ditch and/or a pipeline along the west <br />line of that certain 2.09 acre parcel as described in the Joint <br />Tenancy Grant Deed recorded October 2, 1956 in Volume 1907, page 7, <br />Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County, and being easterly <br />of and adjacent to the following described parcel of land to be con- <br />veyed to San Joaquin County for road- right of way. <br />A parcel of land situated on Union Island, in Township one <br />(1) South, Range five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and <br />Meridian,, being a portion of the tract of land described in <br />deed to Peter Del Carlo, et ux, recorded in Volume 1907, <br />page 7. Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County, said <br />parcel being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of that certain parcel <br />of land described in deed to Joe G. Rodgers, et ux, recorded <br />in Volume 2826, page 604, Book of Official Records of San <br />Joaquin County and shown as a 1.00 acre parcel of land on map <br />of survey filed in Volume 13, page 27, Book of Surveys, San <br />Joaquin County Records; thence North 360 24' 45" East, along <br />the westerly line of the 108.30 acre tract of land shown on <br />map o£ survey filed in Volume 6; page 183,-Book of Surveys, <br />San Joaquin County Records, a distance of 499.50 feet to the <br />northwest corner of said 108.30 acre tract, also being the <br />northwest corner of the aforesaid Del Carlo property, and <br />being the true point of beginning of the following described <br />parcel of land; thence North 890 59' 30" East along the north <br />line of said Del Carlo property, 50.56 feet; thence leaving <br />said north fine, southwesterly on a curve to the left, <br />radius 2415.53 feet (the chord of which bears South 320 50' <br />52" West 185.84 feet), an arc distance of 185.89 feet to the <br />south line of said Del Carlo property; thence South 890 59' <br />30" West along said south line, 64.92 feet to the westerly <br />line of said Del Carlo property; thence along the westerly <br />line of .said Del Carlo property, North 360 24' 45" East <br />194.00 feet to the true point of beginning. <br />21160� at��min. past'r M MAY 13 19 <br />Recorded at request of TITLE INSURANCE AIVD TRUST CO.
