3. The County Shall: <br />Construct two (2) Field Entrances twenty feet (20t), more or <br />less, in width, approximately opposite Engineerts Station 176+15 and <br />187+85. Said field entrances are now existing approximately opposite <br />the above -mentioned engineerts stations. <br />Said field entrances shall be constructed of native material and <br />shall not be'graveled, oiled or paved. <br />4. Property Owner shall on or before thirty (30) days after receipt of <br />payment from County <br />Install 1200 feet of irrigation ditch and two (2) crossings on <br />new property line on ownerts property, for which he has been compen- <br />sated in the amount of $ as per estimate from Spiekerman <br />Concrete Pipe Company and M & M Ditching Contractors; this sum is <br />included in the amount shown on deed. <br />5.
