4 1059 Q U I T C L A I M DEED We, HAROLD M. BOSWORTH and MARGUERITE BOSWORTH, husband and wife, as lessees under a lease dated March 13, 1967, from Alessio Menconi and Eni Menconi, lessors, hereby release and for- ever quitclaim to the County of San Joaquin, a political sub- division of the State of California, the surface rights and the rights down to a depth of 100 feet below the surface of all that real property situated in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Sections ten (10) and eleven (11), Township one (1) South, Range five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, on Union Island, being a portion of the 160 acre tract of land described in deed to Alessio Menconi recorded in Volume 769, page 499, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County, said portion being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at that certain point described as "29-A", in the south line of the 417 acre tract of land described in Decree of Distribution of the Estate of Annie H. Lucas recorded in Volume 2798, page 638, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County, from which said point a concrete monument in the eastern slope of Kidd Levee bears North 89' 59' 30" East 10.00 feet; thence from said point of commencement, North 890 59' 30" East along the south line of said 417 acre tract, 507.13 feet to the true point of beginning, on the north line of the aforesaid 160 acre tract of land described in deed to Alessio Menconi; thence from said point of be- ginning, along the common property line of said 417 acre tract and said Menconi lands, North 89° 59•' 30" East 82.99 feet; thence leaving said common property line, Southwesterly on a curve to the right, radius 1051.10 feet (the chord of which bears South.240 11' 52" West 343.45 feet), an arc distance of 344.99 feet; thence tangent, South 330 36' 02" West 882.76 feet to intersection with the south line of said Menconi 160 acre tract; thence along the south line ofO said Menconi 160 acre tract, South 890 59' 30" West 82.73 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence along the westerly line of said Menconi 160 acre tract, North 27° 26' 52" East 103.57 feet; thence leaving said .westerly.• line; North 330 -36102" East, 825.58 - feet; thence northerly on a tangent.curve to the.left, badlus'971.10 feet (the chord•of which bears North 240 49' 23" East 296.37 feet) , an -arc distance of 297.53 feet to the true point of beginning.
