Damele hereby grant and convey to the County of San Joaquin, a political subdivision of the State of California, for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND N0110 0 __-_-___ �_ - - - - - - - - -___-Dollars ($,____ 8 51 :0 0 .............), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, all that real property situate in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Section fifteen (15), Township one (1) South, Range five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, on Union Island, being a portion of the 200 acre tract of land described as PARCEL FOUR of DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION of the Estate of J. W. M. Lund recorded in Volume 2733, page 649, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County, said portion being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a 3/4-inch iron pipe marking the southwest corner of the 57.11 acre tract of land described as PARCEL II of DECREE TERMINATING JOINT TENANCY recorded in Volume 1850, page 392, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County, said 57.11 acre tract being shown on map of survey filed in Volume 6, page 183, Book of Surveys, San Joaquin County Records; thence from said point of beginning, North 890 59' 30" East along the south line of said 57.11 acre tract, 37.87 feet; thence leaving said south line, southerly on a curve to the right, radius 14,363.95 feet (the chord of which bears South 10 47' 42" West 274.23 feet), an arc distance of 274.24 feet to point of reverse curve; thence continuing southerly, on a curve to the left, radius 7264.43 feet (the long chord of which bears South 000 17' 45" West 518.67 feet), an arc distance of 518.78 feet; thence tangent, South 10 45' 00" East 128.08 feet; thence southerly on a curve to the right, radius 1051.10 feet (the chord of which bears South 2e 45' 43' West 165.36 feet), an arc distance of 165.54 feet to a point in the westerly line of the aforesaid 200 acre tract of land; thence along said westerly line, North 10 12' 22" West 1073.68 feet, and North 000 15' 38" East 12.50 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.426 acre, more or less, of which 0.017 acre, more or less, lies outside present right of way.
