GRANT DEED TO THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br />I (We)_Bernard F. Damele and FrederickJ. Damele <br />hereby grant and convey to the County of San Joaquin, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br />for and in consideration of the sum of <br />EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND N0110 0 __-_-___ �_ - - - - - - - - -___-Dollars <br />($,____ 8 51 :0 0 .............), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, all that real property situate in the <br />County of San Joaquin, State of California, described as follows: <br />A portion of Section fifteen (15), Township one (1) South, <br />Range five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, on Union Island, <br />being a portion of the 200 acre tract of land described as PARCEL <br />FOUR of DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION of the Estate of J. W. M. Lund <br />recorded in Volume 2733, page 649, Book of Official Records of San <br />Joaquin County, said portion being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a 3/4-inch iron pipe marking the southwest corner <br />of the 57.11 acre tract of land described as PARCEL II of DECREE <br />TERMINATING JOINT TENANCY recorded in Volume 1850, page 392, Book <br />of Official Records of San Joaquin County, said 57.11 acre tract <br />being shown on map of survey filed in Volume 6, page 183, Book of <br />Surveys, San Joaquin County Records; thence from said point of <br />beginning, North 890 59' 30" East along the south line of said 57.11 <br />acre tract, 37.87 feet; thence leaving said south line, southerly <br />on a curve to the right, radius 14,363.95 feet (the chord of which <br />bears South 10 47' 42" West 274.23 feet), an arc distance of 274.24 <br />feet to point of reverse curve; thence continuing southerly, on a <br />curve to the left, radius 7264.43 feet (the long chord of which <br />bears South 000 17' 45" West 518.67 feet), an arc distance of 518.78 <br />feet; thence tangent, South 10 45' 00" East 128.08 feet; thence <br />southerly on a curve to the right, radius 1051.10 feet (the chord <br />of which bears South 2e 45' 43' West 165.36 feet), an arc distance <br />of 165.54 feet to a point in the westerly line of the aforesaid <br />200 acre tract of land; thence along said westerly line, North 10 <br />12' 22" West 1073.68 feet, and North 000 15' 38" East 12.50 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />Containing 0.426 acre, more or less, of which 0.017 acre, <br />more or less, lies outside present right of way. <br />'1189 <br />jpt/-&min. past /4Ri41. <br />0 CT 9 1970 <br />Recorded at request of TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST CO. <br />Official Records Of <br />006441 a <br />Sant Jst ;sin Csurty <br />Fees $=ggK= <br />I <br />GEORGE H.
