We notified the resident owners, or agents of the owners, of the lands, of the proposed route. We then viewed and laid out the proposed -new road over the most practical route, and over the same lands mentioned in the Petition. [Section 2686 of the Political Code of the State of California, subdivision one, requires as follows: The course, terminii, length and probable cost of construction of the proposed road.] We find the course, terminii and length of said proposed road to be as follows: Cormnencing fot the center line at the South East cor. of sec. 10, and the North East cor. of see. 15 T.3 ZI.R. 8 E. 14.D.B.&.14 and run thence East on the section line , with a variation of 18-05 E., 5314 feet to the section corner post on the East line of sections 11 and 14 of said township and range. The probable cost of construction of the road above described is the sum of ..........25:5a..................... including the purchase of the right of way.
