<br />TO NON CONSENTING LAND OWNERS:
<br />In pursuance of an order of the Board of Sup
<br />ervisors of the Cuu .ty of San Joaquin, State of
<br />Caliromia, made on the soventh day of July,
<br />1903 %ou are hereby notified that the said
<br />Boadrof Supervisors have appointed Tuesday,
<br />the fourth day of Augu,t. 1903 at two o'clock
<br />p in . at the Courtbouse in the city of Stockton,
<br />as the tim- and place for hearing the report of
<br />viewers appmnted by the said Board of Super-
<br />visors on the semad day of June, :903; to TIttw
<br />and locate a public road in Elliott township, as
<br />p,.tition-°d for by Frank Breitenbucher et at.
<br />The general route or do- scription is as follows,
<br />to wit:
<br />Comifirneing for the center line at the south-
<br />east corner of section 10 and the not theast cor-
<br />ner of section 15 T 3 N it. 8 E , b1 D B and M.
<br />and i un thence east on the section line, with a
<br />variation of 18 05 E , 5314 feet to the section
<br />corner post on the east line of section 11 and 14
<br />of said township and iange Said road to be 40
<br />feet in width
<br />And you are further notified to be present 'at
<br />sain tiinp and place and contest the approval of
<br />said report if yen se, 0t and show cause, if any
<br />you have, why said report should not be ap-
<br />proved and said road finally established
<br />Said proposed road passes over the land of M.
