BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R-67-13 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC <br />INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION BY SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR ROAD PURPOSES AND AUTHOR- <br />TZTNG CONDEMNATION THEREFOR <br />(WEST LANE NO. 315) 1 <br />as ��.- <br />R <br />P- o <br />C/JCC : Co <br />4- � <br />0 <br />W <br />J <br />LL <br />WHEREAS, by resolution passed and adopted on December <br />8, 1964, this Board of Supervisors determined that public <br />interest and necessity required the acquisition of certain <br />real property located in San Joaquin County for the recon- <br />struction of West Lane No. 315, FAS Rte. 906, to a width of <br />110 feet as a limited access highway; and <br />WHEREAS, the several parcels found to be required by <br />said resolution (R-64-839) for the reconstruction of said <br />West Lane were described therein as Parcels I to X, inclusive, <br />as shown by maps marked Exhibits "A" to "J", inclusive, at- <br />tached thereto and thereof made a part; and <br />WHEREAS, by said resolution, this Board of Supervisors <br />found and determined that in addition to the property there- <br />in described, it was necessary to acquire all access rights <br />thereto, including the access rights of the remaining lands <br />abutting upon said West Lane, to become effective at such <br />time as frontage roads were constructed along and abutting <br />upon said remaining lands, at which time said remaining lands <br />would then have access at such points as may be established <br />by public authority; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors now finds and deter- <br />mines that the access rights to Parcels VIII and X as des- <br />cribed in said resolution (R-64-839) are not required for the <br />reconstruction of West Lane No. 315, FAS Rte. 906, and that <br />said resolution so adopted by this Board should be amended <br />accordingly; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the resolution (R- <br />64-839) passed and adopted by this Board of Supervisors on <br />79 <br />
