<br />of San Joaquin, a political subdivision of the State of California,

<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, all that real property
<br />situate and being in,the County of.San Joaquin, State of California,
<br />described as follows -
<br />A fifty-five (55) foot wide strip of land in the
<br />northwest one -quarter -(NW 1/4) of.Section Thirteen (13),,
<br />Township three (3) North, Range six (6) East, Mount
<br />Diablo Base and Meridian, and being that portion of
<br />the north five 'acres ,of that certain ten acre tract of
<br />land described in Decree of Distribution of the Estate
<br />of Christina Goehring, recorded in Volume 1433, page
<br />508, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County,
<br />lying west of the following described line:
<br />Beginning at a yoint on the south line of said
<br />Section Thirteen (13 that bears North 880 141 30"
<br />East 90.83 feet from -the southwest corner of said -Sec-
<br />tion; thence North 010 45' 30" West 25.0 feet to the
<br />north right of way line of Harney Lane (a 50-foot wide
<br />County Road); thence leaving said right of way line,
<br />North. 450 50' 17" West 55.65 feet to a point on the east
<br />right of way line of West Lane ( a 50-foot wide County
<br />Road); thence North 000 05' 00" East along said right
<br />of way line, parallel with and fifty (50) feet easterly
<br />of (measured at right anggles) the west line of said Sec-
<br />tion Thirteen MY, 1,796.68 feet; thence leaving said
<br />east right of way line, on a curve to the right, radius
<br />21,E+30.90 feet (the long chord of which bears North 000
<br />19' 20" East 178.71 feet), an arc, distance4of 178.71
<br />feet; thence tangent, 'North 000 33' 40" East 420.52 feet;
<br />thence on a curve to the left, radius 21,540.90 feet
<br />(the long chord of which bears North 000 19' 20"-East
<br />179.63 feet), an arc distance of 179.63 feet; thence
<br />tangent, North 000 05-' 00" East, parallel with and fifty-
<br />five (55) feet easterly of (measured at right angles) the
<br />west line -of said Section Thirteen (13), a distance of
<br />2,637.79 feet to point of termination on the north line of
<br />said Section Thirteen (13) in State Highway Sign Route
<br />No. 12.(Kettleman Lane), from which point the northwest
<br />corner of said Section bears South 870 23' 00" West
<br />55.06 feet.
<br />Containing 0.3E+8 acre, more or less, of which 0.190 acre,
<br />more or less, lies outside present dedicated right of way.
<br />This conveyance is made for the purpose of the construction
<br />of West Lane Road No. 315, as a limited access highway, and for the
<br />future construction of frontage roads adjacent to West Lane Road
<br />No, 315.
<br />The Grantor hereby grants, conveys and relinquishes to the
<br />County of San Joaquin, anyfand all abutter's rights of access appurte-
<br />nant to Grantor's remaining property in and to West Lane Road No. 315,
<br />the limited access highway, the East line of said highway insofar as
<br />pertinent to this conveyance being the East line of the property
<br />described above.
