Lands abutting the above described property shall have no right <br />or easement of access thereto, provided however, that the remaining <br />lands shall abut upon and have access to the adjacent frontage <br />road which will be connected to West Lane Road No. 315, only at <br />such points as may be established by public authority. <br />The construction of said frontage roads may be deferred for <br />an indefinite period of time.
