<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, Magdalena Quaschnick,
<br />being the sole owner of the following real property:
<br />That parcel of real property located in the County of
<br />San Joaquin, State of California, and more particularly
<br />described in that certain Decree of Distribution, dated
<br />August 21, 1963, from the Estate of William Quaschnick
<br />to Magdalena Quaschnick, and recorded in Volume 2724,
<br />at page 36, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County
<br />do hereby release and relinquish to the County of San Joaquin, a
<br />political subdivision of the State of California, any and all
<br />abutter's rights of access, appurtenant to the above mentioned
<br />property, in and to the adjacent County Highway right of way (West
<br />Lane, Road No. 315), the East line of which is more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of Section
<br />Twenty-four (24), Township three (3) North, Range six
<br />(6) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, that bears
<br />North 880 451 07" East 100.63 feet from the southwest
<br />corner of said Section; thence North 010 141 53" West
<br />30.0 feet to the north right of way line of Armstrong
<br />Road (a 60 foot wide County Road); thence leaving
<br />said right of way line, North 45 391 26" West 69.98
<br />feet to a point on the east right of way line of West
<br />Lane (a 50 foot wide County Road; thence along said
<br />east right of way line, North 00 04, 00" West, parallel
<br />with and fifty (50) feet easterly of (measured at right
<br />angles) the west line of said Section Twenty-four a
<br />distance of 5,143.86 feet; thence leaving said east
<br />right of way line, North 440 051 14" East 57.40 feet
<br />to a point on the south right of way line of Harney
<br />Lane (a 50 foot wide County Road); thence North 010 45,
<br />30" West 25.0 feet to the point of termination on the
<br />north line of said Section Twenty-four (24), from
<br />which point the northwest corner of said Section bears
<br />South 880 14! 30" West 89.28 feet.

<br />This conveyance is made for the purpose of the construe-
<br />tion of West Lane, Road No. 315, a limited access highway and for
<br />the future construction of frontage roads adjacent to West Lane,,
<br />Road No. 315.
<br />The Grantorts property described in that certain Decree
<br />of Distribution, dated August 21, 1963, and recorded in Volume 2724,
<br />at page 36, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County, as
<br />mentioned above, shall abut upon and have access to an adjacent
<br />frontage road which will be connected to West Lane, Road No, 315,
<br />the limited access highway, only at such points as may be established
<br />by public authority.
<br />The construction of said frontage roads may be deferred
<br />for an indefinite period of time. Until said frontage roads are
<br />constructed, the remaining property as described in the Decree of
