Y ORDER OF SURVEY. AND CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT OF VIEWERS. ----- 0000000-----0oo0000----- State of California, : County of San Joaquin. I, Eugene D. Graham, County Clerk of the County of San Joaquin, and ex-officio Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in and for said County, State of California, hereby eertify that at a meeting of said Board held at the Court House of said County, in the City of Stockton, on the 6th day of October, 1903, a petition for alteration was presented by C. A. Kelley, et. al., to change and alter1 a pudic Road in Dent Town- ship, which road was known as the _ 1t, by abandoning all that portion thereof described as follows, to-wit:- f1Commencing at a point on Section line between Sections 34 and 35.. T. 1 S., R. 9 E., where the center of the Mariposa, or Lone Tree Road, crosses the same, and run thence in a Southeasterly direction, 7500 feet, more or less to where the center line of aforesaid road intersects the French Camp Road in Sec. 2, T. 2 S., R. 9 B." And that in lieu thereof that there be caused to be laid out, opened and declared a public high- way 60 feet wide as follows:- t10ommencing on the North line of the French Camp Road and 30 feet East of where the same intersects the section line North and South be- tween Sections 2 and 3, T. 2 S., R. 9 E., M. D. B. & Id., and run thence for center line, North 30 feet East of and parallel with the Section line between Sections 2 and 3, T. 2 S., R. 9 E., and Sections 34 and 35 T. 1 S., R. 9 E., to point 30 feet South and 30 feet East of Section corner to Sections 26, 270 34 and 35, T. 1 S., R. 9 E.; thence West 970 feet, more or less, to the East line of the Mariposa or Lone Tree Road as fenced.
