We notified the resident owners, or agents of the owners, of the lands, of the proposed routes o f th e r?c,4 d a s a��kc�a! � e c h z li 7 ed We then viewed and laid out the proposed new road over the most practical route, and over the same lands mentioned in the Petition. [Section 2686 of the Political Code of the State of California, subdivision one, requires as follows: The course, terminii; length and probable cost, of construction of the proposed road.] We find the course, terminii and. length of said proposed road to be as follows: lCommencing on the North line -of the French Camp Road and the section line between sections 2 and 3 T.2 S.R.9 E. and run thence for the center line of road, North -East on the section line between sections and 3 T.2 S.R.9 E. and sections 34 and 35 T.l S.R.9E. to a point 30 feet South-anel the see. cor. common to see, ,/ 261 27, 34 and 35 T.l S.R.9E. thence Ylest THUD feet to the fast line of the Mariposa or Lone Tree Road as fenced. We find that the road to be abandoned eorimences at the inter= section of the mariposa or Lone Tree Road with the section _ine between sections 27 and 34 T.l S.-R.9E. and runs thence Q`2QQ feet more or less _n a Southeast direction to intersect the FrenchCamp road in section 2 T. 2 S.R.9 E.
