IN THE UTTER OF A PUBLIC ROAD DEDICATED TO THE COUNTY OF <br />SAN JOAQUIN BY H. W. COVML. <br />---------- 000---------- <br />It appearing to the satisfaction of this Board that <br />H. W. Cowell has granted and conveyed to the county of San <br />Joaquin for a public road a certain strip of land hereinaftir <br />described by a good and sufficient deed regularly executed <br />on November 10, 1903, and thereafter regularly recorded on <br />the loth day of November , 1903 in Book "A9 , Vol. 129 <br />Page 76 , San Joaquin County records, it is hereby <br />ordered that the following described land be, and hereby it <br />is declared to be a public highway, and is hereby ordered to <br />be opened to the public. Said road is described as follows, <br />to-ait: <br />A strip of land 40 feet in width commencing for center <br />line at the corner common to Sections twenty-seven (27) twenty <br />eight (28), thirty- three (33), and thirty-four (34) in <br />Township one (1) South, Range seven (7) East, Mount Diablo <br />Base and Meridian , being also the Northwest corner of lot <br />eighty-three (83) of the Summer Home Tract, and the Northeast <br />corner of lot eighty-four (84) of said tract, and running the Ince <br />South on the Section line, between said Sections thirty-three <br />(33) and thirty-four (34), a distance of 220 rods, and from <br />thence a strip of land 40 feet in width, lying East of and <br />adjacent to said section line, and extending South for a dis- <br />tance of 100 rods to the County Road along the South side of <br />said sectiors thirty-three and thirty-four, said Township <br />and Rangd. <br />Dated, January 4, 1904. � /Cy <br />Chairman of the Board of <br />Attest: Supervisors. <br />'' Clerk. <br />Said order was passed and adopted by the following vote: <br />Noes: <br />6 <br />
