'00i111182 <br />ta' <br />BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />R-00- (0% <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO AGREEMENTS <br />AND TWO GRANT DEEDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY AND <br />ADOPTION OF TWO ORDERS DECLARING A_ PUBLIC HIGHWAY FOR <br />THE LONE TREE ROAD BRIDGE RAIL REPLACEMENT PROJECT, ROAD NO. 318 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Orders Declaring a Public Highway, <br />together with the Grant Deeds from various property owners, as <br />shown on Attachment "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />for two parcels of land totaling 0.020 acre be and are hereby <br />accepted. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the sum of five hundred dollars <br />($500), the total amount shown on Attachment "A", payable to the <br />various property owners therein, will be provided from the <br />Construction Budget Account No. 030106 0226 0510. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board of <br />Supervisors be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />Agreements for the Purchase of Real Property and Orders Declaring a <br />Public Highway, to accept the Grant Deeds, and to order the Grant <br />Deeds and Orders Declaring a Public Highway be recorded in the <br />office of the San Joaquin County Recorder/Clerk. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Auditor -Controller for <br />San Joaquin County is hereby authorized to issue County warrants <br />for the amounts authorized in the Agreements for Purchase of <br />Real Property, as shown on Attachment "A", to the various property <br />owners. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this ,pi /�/cm by the <br />following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br />AYES: MARENCO, GUTIERREZ, SIEGLOCK, SIMAS <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />ATTEST: LOIS M.
