MACHADO, a single man, as his sole and <br />separate property, heretofore presented to this Board a deed to a <br />right-of-way to the following described property, to wit: All <br />that certain strip, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and <br />being in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, and more <br />particularly described as follows, to wit: <br />A twenty-two (22) foot wide strip of land in the <br />southwest -quarter (S.W. 1/4) of Section twenty-one (21), <br />Township one (1) South, Range nine (9) East, Mount Diablo <br />Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of that certain <br />25.256 acre parcel of land designated PARCEL "C" on Parcel <br />Map filed in Book 15 of PARCEL MAPS at page 161, San <br />Joaquin County Records, said corner being on the north <br />right of way line of Lone Tree Road (40 feet wide) bearing <br />North 89046118" East, 1323.38 feet and North 1047111" West, <br />20.00 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 21; <br />thence for the south line of the twenty-two (22) foot -wide <br />(measured at right angles) strip of land herein described, <br />South 89046118" West along the south line of said PARCEL <br />"C", being said north line of Lone Tree Road, 1114.63 feet <br />to the southwest corner of said PARCEL "C". <br />Containing 0.563 acre, more or less. <br />WHEREAS, this Board has determined that it would be for the <br />advantage, benefit and best interest of said County of San <br />Joaquin, State of California, that said deed be accepted, because <br />said strip of land above described is now necessary as a highway <br />for road purposes; <br />7q <br />
