<br />At a point on the Section line between Sections twenty-one (21)
<br />and twenty4two (22), Township one (1) South, Range seven (7) Fast,
<br />Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, and on the south line of a road
<br />designated as North Avenue on the map of the First Section of the
<br />Summer Home Tract, as the same is platted and filed in the
<br />County Recorder's Office of the County of San Joaquin, State of
<br />California, manning thence South for Center line of said road on the
<br />Section line between lots 4 and 5, 10 and 11, 23 and 24, 33 and 34,
<br />51 and 52, 67 and 68 to tie North line of a road designated as
<br />Louise Avenue in said Summer Home,Tract, The total length of said
<br />proposed road is one and one-half miles.
<br />WHEREAS, ten or more than ten inhabitants of the Road District aforesaid, taxable in
<br />said Road District for road purposes, are about to petition the Board of Supervisors of said
<br />County of San Joaquin for the laying out a new road as hereinbefore described, and, whereas,
<br />the double amount of the probable cost of the viewing and laying out said road is $ ............ N A
<br />Now, therefore, we, the undersigned, •residents, of said County of San Joaquin, in
<br />consideration of said premises, do jointly and severally undertake, in the said sum of
