/r— d / — /-- 5,,i BEFORE THE BOARD -OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-73- RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION BY THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR ROAD PURPOSES (LOUISE AND COTTAGE AVENUES) AND AUTHORIZING AN ACTION IN EMINENT DOMAIN FOR SAID ACQUISITION BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, that it finds and determines that the public interest and necessity require the reconstruction of Louise and Cottage Avenues near Stockton, California, and that for such purposes the public interest and necessity require the acquisition by the County of San Joaquin of that certain real prop- erty hereinafter described for the purposes of such relocation and reconstruction; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors finds and determines that the use, as a public road, of the hereinafter described property is located in a manner which will be most com- patible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors finds and determines that the acquisition by the County of San Joaquin is for a street widening or alignment project of a minor nature not subject to Section 65402 of the Government Code; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors finds and determines that the public interest and necessity require the acquisition of fee simple title in the real property hereinafter described; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parcels of real property sought to be condemned by the County of San Joaquin is situated in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, more particularly described as follows: ENDORSED FILED ............ �..N:...... 1g73.......... 19....._ Aj.PH W.
