<br />South, Range seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, being a portion
<br />of Lot thirty-four (34), SECTION NUMBER 2 of SUMMER HOME TRACT, according to
<br />the map or plat thereof filed for record in Book of Official Maps and Plats,
<br />Volume 3, page 12, San Joaquin County Records, more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Section 27, thence South 1026,15"
<br />East along the West line of said Section 27, being the center line of Cot-
<br />tage Avenue (40 feet wide), 2063.1 feet to the true point of beginning of
<br />the following described strip of land; thence for the west line of the forty-
<br />two (42) foot wide (measured at right angles)strip of land herein conveyed,
<br />South 1026,15it East along said West line of Section 27 a distance of 200.00
<br />feet to point of termination.
