<br />OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
<br />WHEREAS WESTERN WAREHOUSE CO.,, a California Corporation
<br />heretofore presented to this Board a deed to a right-of-way to the following
<br />described property, to -wit; All tEU certain strip, piece or parcel of land
<br />situate, lying and being in the County of San Joaquin, State of California,
<br />and more particularly described as follows, to,wit:
<br />A 42-foot wide strap of land in Section twenty-seven (27)0 Township one
<br />(1) South, Lange seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, being a
<br />portion of Lot thirty-four (34), SECTION NUMBER 2 of SUMMER ROME TRACT, accord-
<br />Ing to the map or plat thereof filed for record in Book of Official Maps and
<br />Plats, Volume 3, page 12, San Joaquin County Records, more particularly de-
<br />scribed as follows
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 27, thence South 1°
<br />26, 15" East along the west line of said Section 27, being the center line
<br />of Cottage Avenue (40 feet wide), 2063.1 feet to the true paint of 'beginning
<br />of the following described strip of lance thence for the west line: of the
<br />forty-two (42) foot wide (measured at right angles) strip of land herein
<br />conveyed, South 1* 26t 151East along said west line of Section 27 a distance
<br />of 200.00 feet to point of termination.
<br />Containing 0.193 acre, more or less, of which 0.101 acre, more or less,
<br />lies outside present right of way.

<br />WHEREAS, this Board has determined that it would be for the advantage,
<br />benefit and best interest of said County of San Joaquin, State of California,
<br />that said deed be accepted, because: said strip of land above described s now
<br />necessary as a highway for road puposes;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DETERMINED that said deed be, and
<br />the same is hereby accepted for and on behalf of said County of San Joaquin,
<br />State of t.a E`ifornia, and that said strip of land above described be, and the
<br />same is hereby declared to be from this time forth a public highway for road
<br />purposes', and that the same be turned over to the M"g`hhway Department of the
<br />County of San Joaquin for future maintenance.
