<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 34, said point
<br />being in the centerline of 40 foot wide Cottage Avenue; thence
<br />South 10 26t 15" East along the centerline of said Cottage'Avenue,
<br />a distance of 284.30 feet, thence North 890 531 30" Last, a distance
<br />of 42 feet; thence North 1° 261 15" West, parallel with the center --
<br />line of said Cottage Avenue, a distance of 284.20 feet to a point
<br />in the north .Line of the above mentioned Lot 34; thence North 89
<br />58, liest along the north line of said Lot 34, a distance of 42
<br />.feet to the point of beginning, said strip of land being shown
<br />on map of survey filed in Volume 24, page 25, Book of Surveys,
