SOUTHLAND ROAD NO. 1246 - 0.198 acre, more or less, of which 0.066 acre, more or less, lies outside present right of way. DIVISION OF LAND MAP ; 71-66 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of San Joaquin will take the property subject to STEMS NO. 3, 4, and 6 listed in Title Insurance and Trust Company Preliminary Title Report No. 172273. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinabove mentioned sums be paid to said grantors out of the Highway Department Budget Right of Way Account for said deeds. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payment of the additional sum of $86.00 to said title company out of said account is approved, said sum representing the cost of the policy of title insurance to be obtained from said title company. IT IS UNDERSTOOD that the County will pay for the transfer tax on the deeds, if required, and the full cost of the policy of title insurance to be obtained from said title company. &A
