CUTTING and MARJORIE A. CUTTING, his wife heretofore presented to this Board a deed to a right-of-way to the follow- ing described property, to -wit: A=that c rtain strip s piece or par- cel of land situate, lying and being in the County of aan"'oaquIn, ate of California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wits A 42 foot wide strip of land in Section twenty-seven (27), Township one (1) South, Range seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, being a portion of Lot thirty-four (34), SECTION NUMBER 2 OF SUMMER HOME TRACT, according to the map or plat thereof filed for record in Book of Official Maps and Plats, Volume 3, page 12, San Joaquin County Records, more particu- larly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 27; thence South 1° 26, 15" East along the west line of said Section 27, being the center line of Cottage Avenue (40 feet wide), 1963.1 feet to the true point of beginning of the following described strip of land; thence for the west line of the forty-two (42) foot wide imeasured at right angles) strip of land herein conveyed, South 1° 26t 15East along said West line of Section 27 a distance of 100.0 feet to paint of termination, all as shown on Map of Survey filed for record in Book of Surveys, Volume 13, page 169, San Joaquin County Records. CoContaining0.096 acre, more or less, of which 0.051 acre, more or less, lies outside present right of way.
