BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Motion Made by Supervisor Lehman <br />Seconded by Supervisor Wisdom <br />RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR HEARING FOR <br />CHANGING THE NAME OF A COUNTY ROAD DESCRIBED HEREIN IN THE <br />UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN THE VICINITY <br />OF TRACY <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of San Joaquin County <br />by its Resolution No. PC-17-68 adopted February 15, 1968, <br />did recommend to this Board of Supervisors a road name change <br />for a road which is currently designated by the names <br />Tracy Road and Jefferson Road in San Joaquin County in order <br />to preclude confusion of addresses in the implementation of <br />the house numbering system for San Joaquin County; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution suggests a new name for this <br />road; and <br />WHEREAS, this.. -Board of -Supervisors desires to set for <br />public hearing the consideration of the road name change <br />for this road. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of <br />Supervisors does hereby set March 14, 1968, at 10:45 a.m. <br />in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, Seventh Floor, <br />Courthouse, 222 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, <br />as the time, date and place for the public hearing concerning <br />the following changes to the name of a County road in the <br />unincorporated territory of San Joaquin County: <br />R!q- I <br />
