<br />County of San Joaquin, State of California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />A seventeen (17:00) foot wide strip of land in the northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of
<br />Section nine (9), Township three (3) South, Range five (5) East, Mount Diablo -Base and
<br />Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section nine, also being the intersection
<br />of the north line of Linne Road (50 feet wide) with the center line of Tracy Boulevard
<br />(50 feet wide); thence South 00°42'15" East along the west line of said Section nine a
<br />distance of 245.21 feet; thence North 89°43'45" East 25.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING; thence for the west line of the within described 17.00•foot wide strip of land,
<br />South 00042115" East along the east line of said Tracy Boulevard 224.47 feet to point
<br />of termination. Being the west 17.00 feet of the 2.498 acre parcel of land designated
<br />PARCEL B on Parcel, Map recorded in Volume 4, page 26, Book of Parcel Maps, San Joaquin
<br />County Records.
<br />Containing 0.088 acre, more or less.
<br />WHEREAS, this Board has determined that it would be for the advantage, benefit and best interest of said
<br />County of San Joaquin, State of California, that said deed........ be accepted, because said strip........ of land
