T-o the Honorable, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Joaquin, State of California. -- <br />Now comes P. Fabian, one of the owners of land embraced within <br />the proposed new County Road of the County of San Joaquin, which is <br />NO. 513, located in Tulare Township, in said County of Sail Joaquin, <br />and being the road petitioned for by John Gardner, and objects to the <br />report of the Viewers in the above entitled road matter, which said <br />report was signed May 9th, 1904, and for grounds of objection alleges <br />that tie report of said Viewers was improper, and did not, and does <br />not, give to this land owner the damages to which he is entitled, as <br />follows, towit:= <br />—I— <br />That said proposed road will take 3.03 acres of land of said <br />P.Fabian in Section a, Township 3 South of Range 5 East, which said <br />land is reasonable worth the sure of $30.00 per acre, which will amount <br />to the sum of 090.90. <br />That said Viewers have allowed for the hereinbefore described <br />land the sure of $15.00 per acre, which will amount to the sure of <br />$45.30, and that said objector is. entitled to the sun of $45.60 in <br />addition to the amount allowed by said Viewers. <br />—Ii— <br />That said proposed road runs through the land of P.Fabian to <br />the extent of 12 ri,i les, of which mile thereof is fbneed, and which <br />said 2 mile of fence will have to be removed, and it will cost $50.00 <br />per mile to remove the said Fence, hence the removal of said half <br />mile of fence will cost the sum of $25.00 , and the said Viewers have <br />allowed the sum of $10.00 fox the removal of said fence, hence said <br />
